How many sandwiches does each guest get?

We use 3 slices of bread per person; this allows 1.5 sandwiches per person. We remove the crusts and cut each sandwich into four. We are always pleased to adjust portions to meet your specific needs.

Unsalted butter is used in all the sandwiches.

The Queen Victoria Tea

Smoked salmon with dilled mayonnaise or lemon-zested butter

$30 per person plus taxes
Scones and desserts

Classic scones with candied peels of lemon and orange
Devon Cream

A seasonal fruit
Shortbread wafer

Victoria Sponge Cake or Lemon squares or Mini brownies
 
Delivery is $15 within the city of Toronto.
