GIFT TRAYS

Made-to-Order Gift Trays: We are always pleased to work with you to create a memorable gift tray. Whether you choose from our selection of tea trays and add a personal touch or create a unique tray or if you prefer to create a tray that reflects the personality of the recipient, we’re only too glad to help you with suggestions and to implement your wishes.

Payment: Payment in full by personal or corporate cheque for your order is required before we can ship. We regret we do not accept credit cards at this time. Cheques are payable to Simply Splendid Planning.

Cancellation and refund: A full refund can be made for orders cancelled 14 days before the requested shipment date. A fifty percent refund will be made if an order is cancelled within 14 days of the desired ship date. We regret we cannot make a full refund if an order is cancelled within 14 days; however, we would be pleased to credit the money towards another order.

Delivery charges: Deliveries within the City of Toronto are charged at $9 per delivery address. We offer out-of-province delivery as well as delivery to the continental United States. Restrictions may apply.

TEAS

Your Simply Splendid Victorian Afternoon Tea begins with a complimentary consultation, either in person or by telephone.

Proposal: We prepare a comprehensive proposal based on your preferences and requirements.

Order confirmation: Upon review and acceptance of our proposal for your Simply Splendid Victorian Afternoon Tea party, we prepare and send you the Order Confirmation.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of the order confirmation. Cheques are payable to Simply Splendid Planning.

Payment: Balance of payment is due at the conclusion of your Simply Splendid Victorian Afternoon Tea party.

Changes: Small changes to the confirmed order may be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled tea. For example, changes in guest numbers or altering the mix of sandwiches are acceptable up to 72 hours before your tea party.

Cancellation and refund: A full refund of the deposit will be made for orders cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled tea. Refunds cannot be made if a tea is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date; however, a cancelled tea can be rescheduled with no loss of deposit.

Delivery charge: A charge of $15.00 is added for deliveries within the city of Toronto; for delivery charges outside the city of Toronto, please contact us. The delivery charge is waived if we manage the on-site coordination of your Simply Splendid Afternoon Tea party.
